3. What data we collect
3.1. No contact form on the site
Thalia Garden does not collect personal data via web forms. There is no online booking — all contact happens on your initiative, by phone (+40 734 305 277) or email.
3.2. Data collected automatically when you visit
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes at server level: your IP address (pseudonymized, anti-bot), browser/OS type, the page visited and when, and the referring source. Used exclusively for security and performance. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any marketing tracking tool. See the Cookie Policy.
3.3. The Google Maps link
The contact section contains a link to Google Maps (not an embedded map) — clicking takes you to Google Maps in a new tab. We do not set any Google cookie or send any request to Google before you click that link.
3.4. Data we don't collect
- No national ID, bank account, or other sensitive data.
- No data about minors — the site is intended for people over 16.
- No automated profiling or automated decision-making (GDPR art. 22).
- We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

9. Security
- The site uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).
- Cloudflare provides anti-DDoS and anti-bot protection.
- Access to the business inbox and phone is restricted to authorized people.
- 72-hour breach notification to ANSPDCP where your data is affected.
10. International transfers
Some data is processed in the US (via Cloudflare), based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
