1. About this document

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of garden-by-thalia-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and the relationship between you, as a visitor, and Thalia Garden ("we", "the company").

Using the site means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Who the site is for

The site presents the Thalia Garden bar & restaurant and lets visitors find the hours, general menu and contact details, and reach us by phone. The site does not sell anything online and has no online booking system — any visit or reservation is made by direct phone call.

The site is intended for people over 16.

4. What the venue offers

  • Specialty coffee, served from the morning.
  • Bar & restaurant food, with a menu available on site.
  • A big terrace with a giant screen, for live sports broadcasts (Champions League, Europa League, etc.).

Exact prices are communicated on site or by phone; the site does not display a fixed price menu.

5. Reservations and visits

There is no online booking. To reserve a table or ask about availability, call +40 734 305 277 during the hours shown on the site (Contact section).

6. Prices and payment

Prices for coffee, food and drinks are shown on site (physical/digital menu). Payment is made on site, using whatever methods the venue accepts (cash and/or card). The site does not process online payments.

7. Cancelling a reservation

If you reserved a table and can no longer come, please call as early as possible so the table can be reassigned.

8. Complaints and disputes

8.1. How to complain

If you're unhappy with your visit, contact us directly at office@thaliagarden.ro or +40 734 305 277. We aim to resolve it within 30 days.

8.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If an amicable resolution isn't possible, you may use the ADR mechanisms coordinated by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC):

8.4. Court

If ADR does not resolve the dispute, the competent court is in Timiș county, per Romanian law.

9. Liability

9.1. Limitations

Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information (hours, contact details, venue description) accurate and current. We're not liable for indirect damages from transcription errors or delayed updates, except where the law provides otherwise.

9.2. Availability

The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee 100% availability (maintenance, hosting-provider outages). The hours shown may occasionally differ from actual hours (holidays, special events) — call ahead if you want certainty.

9.3. External content

The site links to external pages (Google Maps, Facebook, ANPC). We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, the "Thalia Garden" logo, design, structure) belongs to Thalia Garden or is used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use it commercially without our written consent.

Exceptions: you may share links to pages, and print a page for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to: send spam, abusive, illegal or unsolicited messages to the venue's number; attempt to compromise site security (attacks, scans, exploits); scrape content automatically without consent; or impersonate another person or business.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version date is at the top of this document.

15. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force-majeure events, per Romanian Civil Code.

16. Severability

If a clause of these Terms is found void or invalid, the remaining clauses stay in effect.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is resolved per section 8.
